This week, Optomech delivered a new workstation for the automatic quality control of demanding optical components to one of its most loyal customers. The customer is delighted with his customized workstation, which Optomech developed and manufactured entirely according to his wishes.
The station was realized in the form of a laminar flow box and guarantees a purity class 5.
Attention has been paid to maximum ergonomics. The station has both an internal and external control display. The doors are equipped with sensors so that the light comes on and the air volume is regulated when they are opened. The folding doors take up minimal space when opened. The measuring tool can be quickly adjusted for right- and left-handed users. The height and width of the table have also been designed with accessibility for all people in mind.
We are delighted when we are able to find solutions for individual requirements, and especially when our work is rated so highly by our customers.
The construction of testing and measuring tools and workstations now accounts for our largest order volume. We look forward to the opportunity to offer our experience in this area to other customers.
