Our range of services covers the entire development process – from product definition with statement of work (SoW), through conception and design, to prototype production and series transition.
In contrast to our competitors, we not only offer device development with prototype production, but also make the design ready for series production and adapt it to future annual quantities and ongoing production processes.
In addition to the technical documentation, the customer also receives assembly, adjustment and testing tools as well as assembly process descriptions and suggestions for external suppliers and packaging. On request, we can also take care of CE certification, EMC testing and other approval measures.
With “ DESIGN TO COST” optimization, we support you in the ongoing production of mechanical and optical components and their assembly processes.

Andreas Hermann
CEO
has over 30 years of experience in the definition, conception, development and production support of optical and optomechanical components and devices.
Andreas Hermann worked for six years as Head of Mechanical Engineering & Manufacturing at Nanometrics AG, Germany. He worked for Carl Zeiss AG for more than seven years – first in the Microscopy business unit and then for three years as head of a development department in the central research and technology department.
He is responsible for a large number of successfully completed projects and has also been able to implement several patent applications.
