We recently checked our linear tables for accuracy.
To perform the experiments, we used an interferometric displacement sensor (Attocube IDS 3010).
The results of the measurements are presented below:
- Linearity -> better than 2 µm over the whole range !
- Hysteresis -> smaller than 1 µm !
- Reproducibility -> better than 0.2 µm !
