We would like to draw your attention to our OEM precision stages.
The stages can be integrated directly into your device with a 36x36mm 4M3 interface. The movement takes place via solid-state joints. It is driven by a stepper motor with an eccentric. Thanks to the solid state joint we have no looseness in the movement and thanks to the eccentric decentering size we can adjust the travel range and the accuracy. We currently offer travel distances from 0.4 mm to 1.0 mm and corresponding accuracies from 1 µm to 2.5 µm. However, the values can be reduced as desired depending on the customer.
All axle variants are offered. X, X/Y, X/Z and X/Y/Z.
Various interface plates are available for the stages, including for Edmund Optics components. If desired, we can also produce interfaces for your components.
As an application, the starges can be used, for example, for focusing. We offer our 1′ lens holders for this purpose. But also in combination with 90° deflection mirrors, e.g. for horizontally mounted microscopes or in a vertical structure with the beam splitter for transmitted light illumination
You can either integrate the motor control directly into your control system or obtain it from Naotec, the manufacturer of the motors.
